A top quality mixture specially formulated to produce an excellent lawn under shady conditions with good drought tolerance.  A mixture of shade-tolerant grasses will give the additional benefit of a top quality lawn which will maintain its appearance and colour in dry conditions.  Suitable for semi and relatively shaded areas under trees and next to high walls and hedges. The Seedbooster® treatment on Shady Place is child, pet and environmentally friendly and acts as a harmless bird deterrent too. Seedbooster® is an innovative two in one seed coating developed for the professional turf market. Hard Fescue, Strong and Slender Creeping Red Fescue, Brown Top Bent (no ryegrass)

Advice & Tips:
