The Barr Family Group of businesses was originally established in 1961. Moffat Garden Centre is now one of five Centres owned and managed by the Barr Family. Our third generation independent family business has been serving the local communities of Dumfries and Galloway and latterly Cumbria for over 60 years. Our strong family values put our customers at the heart of everything we do.

Moffat Garden Centre is situated in the heart of Moffat on its bustling High Street. Small and compact it has everything for the traditional gardener and for those wanting to browse at their leisure.

Moffat Flowers is our in-house Florist Shop. Established for over 30 years, we create beautiful  bespoke flower arrangements for every occasion, from birthdays, anniversaries, funerals, weddings, thank yous, with delivery available from Moffat to Dumfries and all surrounding areas. 

At Moffat Garden Centre we are committed to offering our customers a wide variety of quality plants and gardening products sourced from the best nurseries and suppliers in Scotland, the UK and Europe.

In our Toy Shop we are local stockists for top brands Bruder, Siku, Britains, Keel, and our gift shop has a wide range of gifts to suit every occasion and budget.
