Huge blooms in a unique coral pink and red, spotted white bicolour. earlier and longer flowering than other varieties, for lasting summer displays. For indoor sowing
When January to March.
Where In trays of seed compost.
How Sow thinly, do not cover the seed with
compost. Firm gently and keep moist.
Cover with glass, polythene or
propagator lid. Keep at approx. 20-25?C.
Seedlings appear 14-28 days.
Care Remove cover when seedlings appear.
When large enough transplant singly in
7.5cm pots. Grow on at approx. 15?C.
Gradually acclimatise plants to outside conditions from late May onwards (avoid frosts). Transplant 30cm apart in flowering position. Keep moist and
weed free.
Flowers June to October, the same year.
Remove dead heads to prolong flowering. Tubers can be lifted in autumn to replant
the next spring
