For continuous crops sow every 2-3 weeks.\u003cbr\u003eCare When harvesting, select alternate young carrots from the row, allowing the remainder to develop fully. No other thinning is needed if sown thinly. Keep well watered to prevent the roots splitting. Keep weed free at all times.\u003cbr\u003eHarvest June to December. Lift remainder in October to December, remove soil from roots and store in dry sand.
